UCB 2024 competition registration instructions and submission forms.

How to Participate

1. Download the competition application form. (check attached file).

2. Check the competition participant regulations.

3. Film an introduction video:

- Introduce yourself and your costume creation process

- Video recording time : Less than 1 min

- Video size : Horizontal recording, 16:9 format 

                     * minimum width : 640px (1920*1080px recommended) 

                     * Photos of costumes, and introduction video

4. Submit the application by email

   - Submission Email: contest@seoulpopcon.org

   - Required files:

     ① Application form

     ② Photo files (cosplay photos, 3-5 profile shots)

     * For incomplete costumes at the time of application, the management office may request additional profile photo material for confirmed finalists.

     ③ Introduction video file

Notice for Application

1. Preliminary judging will be based on submitted documents, photos, and videos. Therefore, costumes should be at least 70% complete at the time of application.

2. All participants must film an introduction video and submit it via email.

3. The video should be in a 16:9 aspect ratio and no longer than 1 minute, including an introduction of the cosplayer and the created costume.

4. Submitted videos and photos may be used for online voting, the main competition stage, social media, the official website, press releases, etc. (*Required)

5. The final stage will be individual performances judged at the 2024 Seoul POPCON.

  - The final stage will take place during the 2024 Seoul POPCON. 

  - Details regarding the format and schedule of the final stage will be provided later.

  * Final Judging: 

    ○ Pre-rehearsal judging on August 17th (Sat) 

    ○ On-stage performance judging on August 18th (Sun)
