How to Participate
1. Required Documents
① Application form (Check the attached file)
② Photo files
- 2 of profile shots
* For incomplete costumes at the time of application, additional materials can be requested for confirmed finalists.
③ Introduction video file
- Contents : Introduce yourself and your costume creation process
- Recording Time : Less than 1 min
- Production Rules : Horizontal recording, 16:9 format (minimum width : 640px / 1920*1080px recommended)
2. Submit : E-mail contest@seoulpopcon.org
3. Application Deadline : until July 27, 2025 / 24:00
Notice for Application
1. Be sure to check the rules of the competition.
2. Preliminary judging will be based on submitted documents, photos, and videos.
Therefore, costumes should be at least 70% complete at the time of application.
3. All participants must film an introduction video and submit it via email.
4. The video should be in a 16:9 aspect ratio and no longer than 1 minute, including an introduction of the cosplayer and the created costume.
5. Submitted videos and photos may be used for online voting, the main competition stage, social media, the official website, press releases, etc. (*Required)
6. The final stage will be individual performances judged at the Seoul POPCON 2025.
- The final stage will take place during the Seoul POPCON 2025.
- Details regarding the format and schedule of the final stage will be provided later.
* Final Judging:
○ Pre-rehearsal judging on 13th September, 2025
○ On-stage performance judging on 14th September, 2025
